Arrow Moccasins in Crepe

Check these out! Great shoe, and if I had the money right now, I would definitely look into them.

Retailing at £ 175.00 (just under $300.00 CAD) they're quite the bankbreaker, but hey, if you've got the money, why not blow it all on awesome shoes?!

You can get these right here.

Happy Holidays!

Just thought I'd wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a happy holiday!

So far it's been a pretty awesome Christmas morning! I got the usual dose of new boxers and PJs, along with the new DVD of District 9 (definitely one of my favourite movies) and a Silver iPod Nano!

Soooo sick!

Oh, The Anticipation!

Hey everyone, it's been awhile since my last post. Wayyyyy too long.

I'm been pretty busy with school, work, and just life in general. I will be making my acting debut in a week or two from now, and I'll let you all in on some more details as soon as the release draws near.

Also, I plan on making a gigantic "Christmas list" of some really great pieces of clothing, art, electronics and pretty much anything I think is awesome. The list should be up by Wednesday night, and expect at least an 11 out of 10 on the swagometer.

Peace out from the J-Ball!

*Wipes dust off laptop*

Hey everyone, I haven't really been posting much in the past two weeks. I've sort of been busy with school, work, and friends, but hey, so is everyone else. I'll try to start updating the ol' blog a bit more often but no promises!

I went to Toronto last Friday and just pretty much bought the city. My webcam isn't really working at the moment so in my next post I'll just link you to the items I snagged.

YEAH!

Calabrese Duffle Bag

Why didn't this come out two months ago?!

Featuring heavy duty canvas material and useful compartments. The ropes for straps look like they would dig in if you were carrying a lot though.

Get it right here.

I'm Alive!

Hey, sorry folks. I haven't posted in over a week, so I just thought I'd let everyone know how things have been going.

I've been working pretty steadily, actually getting a decent amount of hours, which means that I will no longer have to rely on my parents to live (finally).

I'm going on a shopping trip this friday to Toronto, not sure what I will pick up yet, but you can expect another V-Log very soon.

So yeah, I'll start posting again and everyone have a great weekend!

Yeeeeeeeeeeeee!

These aren't really my style, but hey, I have to admit that they're pretty sweet.

Wool uppers, and button and strap finishing touches.

V-log #1 (Finally)

So, I'm awkward, have no public speaking skills whatsoever and a lisp. This combined makes a really great, interesting and innovative video.

Or not.

Vimeo Problems/ Sperry Top Sider Bahama 2010 Spring/Summer Preview

So...Vimeo is taking so long to upload my V-log which is the reason why it isn't up on my blog yet. I'm actually thinking about doing it on Youtube (not a fan), but hopefully it doesn't come to that.

In lighter news, Sperry just previewed the upcoming S/S '10 colourways for their Bahama Boatshoe and Chukka.

Sweeeeeeeeeeeeet.

More pictures and info here.

Sorrry!

Hey everyone, sorry for the delay in the V-log about my shopping trip to Toronto on Sunday. I just created an account on Vimeo and didn't realize that you need to wait a few hours for it to allow you to upload videos, and I really don't feel like staying up until 3.

So I'll definitely upload one tomorrow, I actually made like 20 practice videos today to get more camera-friendly and....

It didn't work.

So you lucky (or unlucky?) people will see my awkward charm all up in your screen by tomorrow night.

Keep it delicious. (or not, depends if you like it like that)

If not, ignore what I just said!

Yeah!

Josh Ball the Chapters Employee/ T-Dot Tomorrow!

Well, I'll start this off by notifying everyone that I have been hired by Chapters.

NOT A BIG DEAL OR ANYTHING

Yeah, I'm psyched to start to say the least, but I'm not sure when that will be yet. The manager called yesterday to let me know I've been hired and that training starts on the 18th. I'm still in a sort of "state of shock" because I actually would never think they would hire me over the other people in my group, which was pretty much made up of university students, including this guy named Shawn, who's the epitome of Chapters-ness.

Oh, and on another note.

I'm going to Toronto tomorrow to shop, and hopefully can score some sweet stuff. If I have the time, I'll make a V-log about the trip Sunday night. If not, you can expect one by Tuesday. Looking to get a sweater or two, maybe some kicks.

Dunknoe.

Sweet Weekend!

Just thought I'd let everyone know...

Josh Ball just had one the best weekends of his year?

Thanks to some great friends, a certain girl (Brrr?), and a hockey game.

On another note, I haven't really been posting as much as I've been wanting too. So expect a lot more output in the coming week or two everyone!

I've been applying to a few stores around my area, and I have an interview with Chapters on Wednesday. I'm pretty excited, because a job equals money, money equals shopping, and shopping equals many more trips to Toronto!

Woohoo!

UBIQ 2009 Fall/Winter Bo-Ro

UBIQ brings back one of their previously seen models, the Bo-Ro. In my opinion, these are some killer shoes.

Unfortunately, these are only available in Japan at the moment.

If I hear anything about these hitting Canada, I'll let you all know.

Severe Dope-aciousness: HUF “LA” Exclusive New Era Caps

HUF is dropping two exclusive felt wool New Era caps tomorrow at their flagship Los Angeles store! Really, really wish I lived in LA now.

The caps will come in two different two-tone colourways, and both feature a very large, simple "LA" logo on the front.

Limited qualities; first come, first serve basis. AKA I will never get my hands on one.

Oh well, a man can dream...

*sigh*

Lacoste Montaine WE Boots

Definitely an impressive offering from Lacoste. Premium leather uppers, comfortable padded ankle collars, and sneaker outsoles, this is a great piece to any outfit for the fall season. Coming in black and brown colourways (Brown's a lot better in my opinion).

Definite cop. Well, for the wealthy of course.

These can be purchased through Lacoste retailers worldwide.

RETROSUPERFUTURE

Some great shades in Super's Autumn Winter 2009/10 collection. Definitely recommend checking them out. Prices range from $150-$250, but considering Ray-Ban's nowadays, that's not really a shock.

A favourite from the new collection:

The Apollo Classic with a translucent grey acetate frame and faded black Zeiss lenses.

Nismo 2010 Nissan 370Z

Sooooooooooooooo sick.

Nismo, the motorsport division of Nissan, adds a little more "kick" to the already awesome 2010 Nissan 370Z.

More details here.

Nicholas K!

Saw this on Hypebeast, some really great stuff.

NicholasK

Looking to score some of this for the winter, not sure of the price range just yet, I'll let you guys know once I find out. Expecting like $200-$500 for jackets, sooo looks like Josh Ball needs a job (thanks for calling back Chapters).

The site is pretty good too, great catalogs, but the online shop isn't up yet (crossing my fingers that it's up by November)

Soo...awkward first post.

Well, hey everyone...or anyone who actually finds this blog.

I'm Josh Ball, and new to blogging and such, so try not to sip the haterade just yet. I'm 16, and (hopefully) a future fashion designer, and I made this blog so I could just post things I find on awesome online fashion mags (Highsnobiety, Hypebeast etc.) or while I just browse around some online stores (oki-ni, urbanoutfitters) or anything sweet I just come across exploring the ol' web.

So, yeah, hopefully people like my "style" (considering my 'choice' career path revolves around that) and follow this blog, if you don't...oh well? Can't please everyone right?

Well, that's it I guess.

Josh.
